Documents, questions and signatures
in one place.
Your MuiaBP portal is where you send us documents, answer requests, sign your engagement letter and pay invoices, instead of a chain of email attachments. Creating an account is free and takes three steps.
The work, out of your inbox.
Everything we need from you, and everything we send back, sits in one account rather than in a chain of forwarded messages.
Documents
Upload statements, receipts and year-end files, and download what we prepare. Filed by year and by folder rather than by who last replied to the thread.
Requests and organizers
Structured forms instead of a list of questions buried in an email. You can save partway through and come back to it.
Messages
A thread per topic with the people actually on your file, so a payroll question does not end up under a tax subject line.
Proposals, signatures and invoices
Scope and fee in writing, signed electronically, and invoices paid in the same place.
What happens next.
The same sequence for every new engagement, so you know what is coming before you start.
Create your account
Your email, name and phone number, a verification code sent to that email, and a password. You are asked whether you are signing up as a business or as an individual.
Client application
A short application form appears in your portal. It covers what you run today and what you need, so the first conversation starts from facts rather than from scratch.
Discovery call
We read the application and arrange a fifteen-minute call to confirm the scope and answer your questions.
Proposal and engagement letter
Scope, calendar and fee in writing. You sign it in the portal, and only then does the work begin.
Before you create an account.
Three things people reasonably want answered first.
It commits you to nothing
Creating a portal account is not an engagement. Nothing is charged until a written proposal and engagement letter have been signed.
Who we work with
Incorporated Canadian businesses, together with the owners' personal returns where we handle them. If you are not sure whether your situation fits, book the consultation instead.
When you will hear from us
We will come back to you by the next business day.
Rather talk first?
Fifteen minutes on what you run today and where it is costing you. No obligation, and no account needed.
